Baby’s Naptimes Become Dreamy Adventures
My attention was drawn immediately when i saw these photos. These inspring and creative artwork, won my heart so much.
Queenie Liao, a free-lance artist and mother of three boys living in California, shared the imaginative and adventurous stories of her child Wengenn dreams of during his sleep. Plain cloths, stuffed animals, and other common household materials, are the items Queenie used to create the background setting, and these are easily found in our house.

Review: Skip Hop Backpack
I first bought this bagpack for my little girl when she was 8 months (already imagining her going to school when she was a baby ... oh my!). Anyway, she indeed just started her kiddy schooling for 2 weeks, this is the bagpack she carries everyday now - SKIP*HOP Zoo Pack.
We go for the DOG design, simply because it's so cute. I didn't get her any famous cartoon character bag such as "Dora", "Mickey Mouse", "Thomas" ...etc, as she didn't have any favourite yet. It's a roomy bag with 2 man compartments, and an adjustable mesh bottle pocket at the side. It has dimension of 12in(H), 10in(W), 4in(D).
It's a sturdy bag for kids, and it's not heavy. It holds stuff well in place, don't bend sideways. It has padded, adjustable comfy straps, which can be adjusted to the kid height and comfort level.
The front compartment is an insulated pouch which could be a placeholder of crayon or colour pencils. We don't really utilize this pocket, it mostly holds my girl hair rubberband.
There is a write-on nametag inside the bigger compartment. It's quite thoughtful of it, as the nametag will not easily get peeled off, or faded.
There is an adjustable mesh bottle pocket at the side of the bag. It should meant for holding kid's water bottle. Anyway, if you have big or tall bottle, and heavy, it may topple down, also it creates weight to one side, which maybe uneasy for the kids to carry. It could be good for smaller objects like vitagen drinks, yogurt, snacks ..etc.
The zips attached with dog-bone keyring. It's made of soft materials, which is easily peeled off, without gentle use. So, as for kids, pls do not expect lasting ones. One of the dogbone chain of my girl's bag is gone, and the one left, is secured with grandma handsewn.
In general, it's very satisfying bagpack, with adorable design, and it should last for years. The bagpacks are available in many places, like baby stores online, or retail shops in the malls. The pricing ranges between RM60-RM90, depending on sales available. This the official SKIPHOP link, which you can checkout many other wonderful designs. I noticed that most of baby stores do not stock up all the designs, or the latest ones in time. You can always speak to the store sale person, if they can have special order for you.
